Consumer Terms and Condition for Scratch & Win Festive Offer.

Offer Period – 1st October 2025 to 31st December 2025

1. Eligibility: This offer is valid only on purchases made at authorized retail outlets / Car Care Studios during the offer period on the purchase of Turtle Wax products or services/ treatment worth above INR 1500, including GST.
2. The offer is open to Indian citizens only aged 18 years and above as on October 1, 2025 and residing in India. The customer should be holding a valid PAN Card. This offer is not available to the residents of the states of Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and wherever prohibited by Law.
3. Participation in the above scratch card is voluntary. Employees, agents, business partners of Turtle Wax and their immediate family members (having blood relation) are not allowed to participate in this offer.
4. The participant on purchase of Turtle Wax product or service/treatment shall receive either Turtle Wax products or any of the mega gifts (enumerated below) or the bumper gift: Mega Gift, Air Purifier, Trolly, Microwave, Ear Bud, Milton Bottles, Milton Kettles, Bumper Gift - 1gm Gold Coin
5. The gifts are not exchangeable for other gifts, or refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances. The gifts cannot be clubbed with any other offer. The gifts shall be awarded solely for the participant’s personal and non-commercial use.
6. In this offer, if the gift received is broken or damaged, the participant should report the same immediately in writing at the time of receipt of gift. No subsequent claim shall be entertained. No cash shall be paid in lieu of gift, and no request shall be entertained for the exchange of gift of equivalent value.
7. This Offer is on a “best effort” basis and is subject to “force majeure” conditions, including acts of God, strikes, war, riots, change of law, statutory prohibitions / restrictions
8. Gift: Each scratch card entitles the holder to one assured gift. Assured Gift: Can be claimed by the consumer at the outlet. Bumper Gift & Mega Gift: Can be claimed as per process below.
9. Redemption: Gifts must be claimed within [2 days] from the date of invoice.
10. Proof of Purchase (Bumper Gift and Mega Gift): Original invoice/bill may be required to validate the scratch card, Retailer/CCS to share the Invoice copy, Scratch Card copy and Consumer address for the Bumper Gifts and Mega Gifts to Turtle Wax India email to: india.marketingsupport@turtlewax.com and the gift will be dispatched.
11. Company Rights: The company reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or alter the offer at its discretion without prior notice.
12. Fraudulent Use: Damaged, photocopied, reprinted or tampered cards will not be accepted. Any misuse may lead to disqualification.
13. Liability: The company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of participation in this scheme or usage of the gifts.
14. Taxes & Charges: All taxes, levies, or incidental costs (if any) related to the gift shall be borne by the participant.
15. Any Gift if required any installation or post purchase items, it’s the responsibility of the consumers and company is not liable.
16. Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the Bangalore, Karnataka jurisdiction only.
17. Non-transferable: Scratch cards and gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
